Privacy Policy

Short version: there are no accounts, no email addresses and no tracking. We keep only what's needed to run the ranking: the amount and the country of each payment.

1. Who we are

2. What we store

For each confirmed payment we store: a payment identifier, the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal), the amount, the country and the time. That's all. We do not store your name, email, IP address, card details or anything else that identifies you.

3. How we find your country

We use the country of your payment method (the card's issuing country at Stripe, or the country of your PayPal account). If that isn't available, we use the country of your connection: our server reads the country when you start a payment and does not keep your IP address. To prevent abuse, your IP address is held in the server's memory for about a minute for rate limiting, and never written to disk.

4. Stripe and PayPal

Your payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal, which collect the information they need under their own privacy policies. Card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through our server. PayPal's confirmation to our server may include details such as your name and email; our server ignores them and does not store them.

5. Third-party services on the Site

When you open the Site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and country flags from cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare), so those services can see your IP address. Stripe's or PayPal's scripts load only when you open the payment window, and they may use cookies or similar technology for security and fraud prevention. The Site itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

6. Logs

Our hosting provider and network provider (for example a CDN) may keep standard technical logs, including IP addresses, under their own policies.

7. What is public

The ranking shows totals per country and the total number of payments. Nothing on the Site identifies any individual.

8. How long we keep it

Payment records are kept for as long as the Site runs, because the ranking is built from them.

9. Your rights

Because we don't store information that identifies you, we usually can't find or delete “your” record. If you have a question or believe we hold something about you, contact us and we'll help. For data held by Stripe or PayPal, contact them directly.

10. Age

The Site is for people who are at least 18 (or the age of majority where they live).

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
